Elaine S. Hochman

Elaine S. Hochman was born in New York City and received a BA degree from Vassar College and an MA degree from New York University's Institute of Fine Arts. She attended the University of Oxford and completed the doctoral program at The City University of New York.  For more than 20 years, she taught the History of Art at the New School University in New York City.  She has lived in Paris and subsequently Rome, Italy for more than 30 years.
